Vinyl Intake
Photograph the front, back, labels and runout. It reads the tracklist, catalogue number and pressing tells; you set the Goldmine grades and the price; it writes the listing and publishes it as a draft.
Vinnie
A concierge for your website that only knows the bins — artist, genre, era, budget, "anything with this track on it" — answering from your live records with grades quoted exactly. Never invents stock, pressings or prices.

Vinnie answers first. Your staff can watch his chats as they happen in the portal and hit Take over whenever they want to step in, and a customer can tap Talk to a human to ask for someone. Either way, your staff carry on in the same window with the whole conversation on screen. Vinnie goes quiet until you hand the chat back, then picks up knowing what was said.

How it works
A record goes from the crate to a listing in a few minutes, and nothing goes live until you've read it.
Shoot it
Front, back, both labels, the runout if you like. Tag each photo or let it work them out. Up to eight per record.
It reads
Artist, title, label, catalogue number, year, format, tracklist with times — each with a confidence and the photo it came from. Anything unread is flagged, not guessed.
You grade
Media and sleeve on the Goldmine scale, your price, your notes. It writes the listing copy from what you approved.
Publish
To your records storefront or WooCommerce as a draft. Vinnie starts selling it the moment it's in stock.
